Shell
Professionally prepared shell, full FIA weld in cage, latest MSA seat rails, sill stand holes, in immaculate condition painted metallic silver inside and white underneath, engine bay and outside.
Full Kevlar underbody guards as new, Kevlar sill guards as new, arch liners fitted along with PTS sump and tank guards.
Professional motorsport wiring loom as per pictures, separate fuse and relays, heated windscreen and lamp pod wiring. Electric isolator and electric lifeline fire extinguisher.

Engine
Fully rebuilt prior to 2025 Mull rally by Paul Gardner racing engines. Brief Spec steel rods, forged pistons, head stud kit, Grp A kent cam, Grp A cylinder head and valves, vernier pulley, balanced flywheel and single plate AP paddle clutch. Running on standard injection set up and Pipercross filter system. Airflow meter, fuelling and ignition timing optimised by Nick/ Jim Dixon and set up on the dyno at Sheffield rolling road. Uprated engine mounts. Front mounted oil cooler, new radiator and upgraded spal cooling fan fitted. Dry cell battery mounted in engine bay.

Transmission/ steering
Close ratio 5 speed BE3 box, 4.8CWP and plated LSD. Spook’s heavy duty 309 driveshafts, AP single plate paddle clutch, rose jointed gear linkage, Uprated gearbox mounts. Hydraulic power steering using the Peugeot system with relocated reservoir, full aeroquip piping and fittings for pressure and return feeds.

Suspension
Front – Grp A rose jointed bottom arms with Grp A rose jointed top mounts, Adj Bilstein bodies with tarmac inserts and PTS tarmac springs and helpers. GTI front anti roll bar. 1.9 large bearing front hubs with Grp A wheel studs

Rear – Large bodied Bilstein dampers, Tarmac torsion bars and tarmac anti roll bar, uprated bump stops. Rear beam serviced and tarmac ride height set when torsion bars were change 100 stage miles ago. Grp A solid beam mounts. 1.9 rear hubs with Grp A wheel studs.

Brakes
Front – AP 5000 4 pot calipers with matching AP rotor and bells DS3000 pads, all lines are aeroquip. Grp A bias pedal box fitted and Hydraulic handbrake.

Rear- AP 2 pot calipers with matching discs, as per the works cars. All lines are aeroquip with an inline AP brake pressure reducer valve fitted.

Interior
Atech seats in date till end of 2026, in date harnesses 6 point harnesses, Lifeline electric fire extinguisher system service Sept 25. Lifeline hand held extinguisher service Sept 25. Carbon fibre driver and navigators floor tray/ rest. Heated front screen as well as demister. Carbon spare wheel tray.
