Description
This Porsche 911 SC is a rally-prepared example of the engaging performance car.
Under the rear engine lid is a naturally aspirated 3.0-litre flat-six with Bosch MFI fuel injection, sending a reported 280hp 300Nm of torque to the rear wheels through a five-speed short-ratio manual transmission and a limited-slip differential – with the powertrain specifically built and calibrated for rally purposes.
The car is finished in grey metallic and rides on a set of 16-inch cross-spoke alloy wheels with Dunlop SP Sport D40 tyres.
Equipment includes Hella driving lights, underbody protection, a battery master switch, upgraded suspension ( ) with Rebel Racing bushes and torsion bars, a ducktail spoiler, a roll cage, a three-spoke L-TEC steering wheel, Atech Racing bucket seats, Sasbelt safety harnesses, a fire extinguisher, a Tuthill pedal box, a Webasto heater, a heated windscreen, a Peltor radio, an IS-140 intercom, a 60-litre safety fuel tank, an MSD electronic ignition, and lightweight Plexiglass side and rear windows.
Accompanying the vehicle will be its FIA passport and a classic data report.
The car is part of FIA homologation 3062 class GTS 37.
The odometer shows 135,779 km, though this is not warranted.
The Rally preparations were made in 2011 and driven in rallies only by one person, same person who did the modifications. His records can be found from the ewrc-results by searcing Eugen Damstedt.
