Description

The Rallye Monte Carlo 1995 was the first event for this Ford which was entered by R.A.S. Sport and ended with a fifth overall for Bruno Thiry. He kept on driving this Escort but shared it with Patrick Snijers who could win the Boucles de Spa and Bianchi Rallye in 1995 with it although in Bastos colours. In 1996 this Ford came back to Ford Motorsport to the UK who send it to Sweden with Francois Delecour, Kenya with Stig Blomqvist and with Bruno Thiry again to the Acropolis and Finland Rally. After undergoing a service (turbo, gearbox, axles), it competed in the 2024 Eiffel Rally Festival and the 2025 SpaRally without any problems. The engine has just been serviced (pistons and valves) and is being run in.
