Work done so far:
1. cleaning (sanding) of the car body, detailed removal and replacement of corroded elements + strengthening the body through additional welds,
2. Construction of a safety cage – material: Chromo-molybdenum – double wall thickness of pipes – FIA homologation!
3. triple corrosion protection + varnishing.
4. engine – tuning:
new forged pistons and connecting rods (www.scafutopistoni.it) + balanced crankshaft), engine head – polishing inlet and outlet channels – new Cat Cams high performance camshafts – but valves, springs and mounting pins – original / factory, a performance clutch with two discs,
5. gearbox – 5 Speed GearKit – in the original housing -designed by a Polish engineer of aircraft constructions and made of materials used for the production of helicopters – a stronger and more silent construction than the Magnetti Marelli or BACCI product ( http://www.bacciromano.com/?p=prodotti&l=eng&cat1=24&cat2=40&mar=5&pcd=4721 .
The condition of the engine and transmission – renovated / tuned – for 5 years stands on the pallet – dry / without oil and waiting for assembly ).
6. drive: two diff unit made by: http://sperrdifi.hu/ – The company about the time of Lancia’s triumph in Rally was producing diff unit for the Abarth team.
7. suspension – Kit – GAZ-shocks – New – paid and waiting for implementation (Deadline for completion – end of December 2018 – beginning of January 2019 ),
8. front brakes: Brembo – 4 pistons + new discs (diameter – 330mm) with steel with a lot of coal – an English company, the back has not been changed yet,
9. electrical installation – new made for a sports computer such as Stand’alone or EMUMASTER – good / proven Polish company – with English version.
10. original dashboard – covered with a layer of non-flammable and matt material – against solar rays,
11. the roof is made of carbon fiber and painted in white,

To finish the Lancia Racing / Rally project you need:
– assembly of the engine and all parts,
– buy and install a safe fuel tank and perform a new fuel installation – together with making a safe wall separating the fuel tank from the driver’s cabin and the pilot,- compatible with the FiA Homologation,
– completing the electrical installation emergency power switches (FiA) and purchasing a computer, and performing a tuning program,
– fire protection system (FiA),
– make or buy a new exhaust system.
The cost of investment – about 4-6 thousand Euro and your work.
A well-built Lancia Delta Integrale EVO (Racing / Rally / Hill Climb cars) – costs between 100-190 thousand Euro!
