I am selling my beloved rally car, Peugeot 106 Rallye. This is the original Rallye that I bought in 2014. At that point it was a rolling base with a cage and the original 1.6 8V engine. In fact, I immediately changed it to the target 1.6 16V. After retrofitting with everything I needed, I drove it several seasons in KJS and then after a thorough bodywork renovation (I have photos), the car stood in the garage for another 4 years, waiting for better times for rallying, which in my case did not come. I will mention most of the modifications that it has undergone so far:

– 1.6 16V engine, down from Saxo VTS, up from C2 VTS (larger valves), tuned for DET3, 152KM and 152NM – graph in the photos, computer for one bone
– aluminum intake manifold made of C2
– larger 60mm throttle with Clio 2.0
– ITG sponge air filter with a custom airbox that may not look beautiful – I made it myself and the artist is weak – but it works very well and houses a very large filter
– collector 4-2-1
– exhaust 2 inches
– efficient Nissens cooler with an additional fan
– additional oil cooler
– 13×64 gearbox made by Mr. Wojtek Gieral
– Bilstein B8 suspension
– polyurethanes throughout the suspension
– 8 mm thick aluminum plate under the engine

– cage in accordance with Annex “J” made by budowarajdowek.pl
– Sabelt belts with lost approval
– seats with lost approval
– short-shifter
– RRS hydrobrake
– brake force regulator
– additional indicators of oil temperature and battery charging
– all safety equipment currently required in SKJS rallies

Freshly replaced before this season:
– new lightweight gel battery moved inside the car
– new Brembo MAX discs for the larger 266 caliper
– new Ferodo DS 2500 brake pads
– new brake fluid RBF 660
– Valvoline 10W60 oil

– new exhaust from the exhaust manifold to the end of the car for PLN 2,500

At the moment, the car is prepared for the season, even one SKJS has already run. The engine passes beautifully, does not take a gram of oil and is in great condition. The current setup of the car is very solid and not exaggerated – based on proven components, which at least in the north of Poland allowed to fight for the highest positions in KJS and Rallysprints. I have never saved up on the maintenance of my rally car and this is also the case at this point. There is no rust anywhere, it looks very nice and even if someone has such an idea, he can return to the 8V engine and compete in the future in historical rallies as this is the original Rallye. I sell only because I have not been successful in “rallying” for several years. Of the things that should still be improved – the torsion beam is in good condition, but one bolt has run out of thread and has been welded, you would have to take care of it to do it properly. The inspection and liability are still valid for almost the entire year.
