Registration
The basis of this car is a CUP from 05/2011 (team Black Falcon Gmbh).
Because of the asymmetry of the CUP roll cage (NOK in rally), I preferred to start from a Carrera 4 so as not to ¨massacre¨ this CUP chassis. A Carrera 4 for the rear wide to match the rear body elements of the 997 CUP phase 2.
From the CUP, the following have been preserved: engine, ECU, wiring harness, dashboard and controls, gearbox control, pedal-box and brakes, body parts, etc.
This car was prepared from 06/2020 to 07/2022.
First rolling in 08/2022.
To date, she has completed less than 170 km of asphalt specials.
FRAME
The car is in perfect condition. Never a shock. New interior/ext paint. excluding cup components.
Roll cage 25CD4S, N. Werver, FFSA approved and numbered.
Roof sheet removed for installation of the cage and replaced.
Front compartment modified for spare wheel and possibility of rear spare wheel (V in the arch).
Steel doors for compliance, custom frames.
Makrolon 4mm new front and rear (excluding rear side cup).
ATL tank 45 liters FT3-1999 OK-> 12/2026
VERY IMPORTANT: I managed to integrate a “catalog” ATL Saver Cell tank into this car while preserving space for an 8×18 spare wheel. It passes to the millimeter but it passes. This divides the price of replacing the tank by almost 10 (€668 in 12/2021).

I don’t have a specific engine history. It comes from Team Black Falcon Gmbh.
The compressions are perfect (from 15.3 to 15.7). The oil pressure also and the operation is particularly quiet.
Borescope inspection of the cylinders shows no wear.
Redoing these tests (endoscope, compressions, etc.) in the presence of the buyer is entirely possible.
Modified Supercup full exhaust.
Cooling radiators (3X) with 1 manual fan.
All new cooling hoses.
The engine sensors are new (lambda) or checked.
New NGK R2349-11 spark plugs
New belt
New TTV flywheel.
TTV clutch 2 184mm discs -> much more enduring than the CUP tri-discs.
AP Racing hydraulic thrust bearing
New SADEV SL 90-20 6-speed sequential gearbox, gears on request.
New gearbox -200 km !!
The box of course includes the final drive with self-locking 45°/80° preload 80 Nm.
Speed max 207 km/h at 8200 n/min.

EVOCORSE Gold rims 8×18 FR, 11×18 REAR.
These are not CUP axle but Carrera 2 optimized by hard silent-blocks. The travels are much larger than the CUP. Travel front 140 mm, rear 120 mm. Perfect in rally.
New hubs/bearings.
Large C4 front cross member.
Overhauled rack.
A good part of the arms / connecting rods are new.
All the elements of the trains are either new or overhauled/sandblasted/painted.

The wiring harness comes from the 2011 CUP on which I added the functions necessary for rallying: radiator fan, headlight ramps, co-pilot lamp, ….
