It is with a certain heaviness of heart that I am selling my VW Golf II GTI 16V, which I have built and developed with great care and attention to detail over the past 12 years.

The bodyshell was completely stripped in a chemical dip to provide a perfect base, then re‑welded where necessary, painted grey inside and white on the outside.
