Description

Due to lack of time and other priorities, I am offering for sale my BMW E30 rally car. It is a very stable, maintainable build. I own the car since 2018 and it ran for years in the Hungarian rally championship. The last main event for the car was Rally Legend in 2021, since then I only used it for amateur weekend events. Car has valid passport, papers and full documentation. It is ready to go.

The car received a complete exterior repaint a month ago with new side fenders, fiberglass bumpers, trunk lid and bonnet. It has polycarbonate side windows. Wiring harness was made last year and it also has a motorsport engine loom. Cockpit and trunk is still in the old green color. Due to usage, the underbody is not perfect, it requires some work and repaint. At the moment the car is for sale with a side exhaust and Bilstein setup. Price includes 12 wheels and some spare parts. Transportation within Europe is possible.

Engine: M50B20 with reworked cylinder head, 2.5 cams and ITB setup with carbon fiber trumpets – 300SS km since complete rebuild

ECU: MaxxEcu Sport (with bluetooth, through the app all live data is available, startup / shutdown and other actions are also possible wireless within the current setup.) Launch control available with built in handbrake button.

Gearbox: Beckert 6 speed sequential gearbox, with gear indicator- 300SS km since service.

Differential: BMW Typ188 LSD – BMW Motorsport 4.67 Ratio

Suspension: Bilsteins front and rear, adjustable front camber and rear subframe. Rear subframe and all of the control arms are strengthened. IRP adjustable strut bar. 90SH poly and aluminium bushings.

Brakes: Wilwood hydraulic handbrake, VMAXX 290mm front brakes (original TÜV available). 325i rear brakes. Both front and rear runs Carbone Lorraine RC6 brake pads. The setup is in good condition, above 90%.

Interior:
– Sparco Grid seats valid until end of 2024.
– Sabelt 6 point HANS harnesses valid until end of 2028.
– RRS Electrical extinguishing system, bought last year valid until mid 2025.
– Motorsport wiring harness (made last year)
– Electric kill switch system
– Fiberglass flocked dash ( bought last year)
– OMP “Rally” 350mm steering wheel

Fuel system: Car has a GRP4 MK2 Escort tank built in the trunk with dry break fuel fitting. (Price includes a pair of female fittings for refueling.) It is running with BOSCH 044 fuel pump.
