For sale is a complete set up for a M-Sport Fiesta ST.
GEARBOX
Sadev M-Sport 5 speed dog box.
Striped and inspected just 45 miles event ago and had the following replaced:
Main shaft
1st / 2nd Dog ring
2nd gear pinion
2mm bevel washer
3rd / 4th dog
Input seal
Diff bolts
Crown wheel bolts
The rest of the gearbox was in great condition. Shouldn’t need a rebuild for 500 miles.
The casing is only 3 events old from brand new. The bell housing is only 3 events old from a donor box. It has a drain plug welded into it, along with connectors to run and oil cooler is you wish to.
The planet gears in the differential have been machined to take much larger output shafts which come with this package (see below).
The gearbox comes with a large range of spares including a brand new 1st and 2nd dog, 2 brand new 2mm bevel washers as well as lots of other usable Sadev parts. Sadev tool also included.
Included is also a 215mm sold plate Helix 6 paddle centre plate which has done just 130 miles. The competition pressure plate might also be available.
M-Sport updated lower mount and gearbox mount also included along with 2 sets of standard gear linkage cables.
DRIVESHAFTS
Two compete sets of heavy duty competition driveshafts. I have had all of the output shafts, driveshafts, CV joints and cross shafts professionally x-rays/crack tested and checked for straightness with no concerns at all. One set of shafts has done 130 miles since then. The other set has not been used since then.
SHAFTS:
Bespoke shafts made from S155 from Grebe Engineering.
OUTPUT JOINTS:
Bespoke Harry Hockley output shafts machined from 300M to go straight into the Sadev gearbox. Two complete sets. As well as being machined from a stronger material they are also much larger as you can see in the photos. These are designed to take a 100mm lobro joint. The modified cross shaft bearing carrier is also included.
CV JOINTS:
Genuine GKN MK2 Astra GTE CV joints. These are 90mm O/D and are designed to fit the below fabricated uprights.
UPRIGHTS
Our own design and built to allow camber adjustment while going straight onto the normal M-Sport Reiger suspension.
Designed to take a rose jointed steering arm (included and rose joint just 45 miles old) which goes onto the standard Fiesta steering arm. Rose Jointed lower balljoint (included and also just 45 miles old) also designed to fit straight into the standard Fiesta Lower Arm.
Subaru GpN camber washer system and EN24T top bolts.
Genuine SKF wheel bearing fitting just 45 miles ago.
DRIVEFLANGES: Bespoke EN24T driveflages designed to take the GKN CV joints. These have wear and a little play, (but are still usable) so the setup will come with a brand new set of driveflages. There is also a brand-new set of SKF bearings ready to go to.
BRAKES:
Subaru 4 pot callipers with F6 mintex pads (only done 22 miles). Seals and dust seals were replaced 90 miles ago.
Two sets of discs supplied.
